Well short..
FLAC is the best audio container?/codec in the world. It uses less diskspace than the original cd’s. And its still lossless. I love it, I hope MP3 and all other codecs die and rot in hell.
In this world where we get more and more bandwith, more and more diskspace. WHY THE FUCK do they still have to release MP3 and ACC audio?. I can’t really understand.
I bought Kavinsky – Testarossa Autodrive (SebastiAn Remix) on iTunes. And i nerly died when i saw the bitrate was fucking unbelivable 128kb… JESUS FUCKING CHRIST.
I instantly said fuck you to iTunes and “Pirated” the song on the Flac container, fuck I bought it.
The iTunes rip sounded.. so.. terrible, the stereo imaging was totaly strange, and the.. ah you get the deal.
Me, who got a 2000 Dollar stereo, could hear the difference.
Me who got my crappy iPhone with standard headphones, could hear the difference.
So why the fuck!?
If the producers, recordcompanies won’t give us Lossless audio via “teh intraweb”. The consumers (Yeah the pirates) will most definitly! (And are.)
So to conclude this post. I would say some easy words.
I love you Flac, you sexy codec.
